My courses are always tailored:

  • Before training.
    I (Richard Groom, Owner & Senior Writer) contact each delegate to find out about their knowledge and experience, and what they want to get from the training. I then develop and add tailored content to the pre-prepared modules to make sure the training addresses issues raised by delegates.
  • During training.
    On the day, I make a note of any extra issues that crop up and pick up on them with delegates later on through personal phone calls, emails or visits.
  • After training.
    I am available for one-to-one phone coaching over the next few weeks to help delegates as they apply the techniques covered at the training.
